Its unique technology is

The new Ultimate RC represents a huge step forward for the BH R&D team. It has exactly the same shapes and design as the Ultimate; longer upper tube, short chainstays and an advanced steering angle. It incorporates Toray T800 and T700 carbon fibres that guarantee the perfect balance between stiffness and lightness.

It’s different because

It incorporates a technology for monocoque frames that applies high pressure in the mould to reach the highest levels of compact material and eliminate inconsistent pressures in the frame that create bubbles and imperfections. This manufacturing system allows control and optimisation of the ideal thicknesses on the different parts of the frame.

ULTIMATE DNA

The key areas in the development of the new Ultimate RC are the same as when we developed the Ultimate Evo: low weight, a 20 mm increase in reach, very short rear chainstays - 420 mm - and a 68º steering angle. 

The goal was to create a bike that would achieve optimal balance with the rider, that was even more manoeuvrable on climbs and that would enhance its performance during descents and on more technically challenging terrains.
